The world's first upgrade e-turbocharger
Innovation

Experience the future of turbocharging technology live: the world's first 2.0L M139 upgrade e-turbocharger for the Mercedes AMG C63 - the E-Thor 700 Turbo-Total® will be presented.

This revolutionary e-turbocharger sets new standards in the high-performance sector. Through the perfect combination of the decades of experience in engine construction and Turbo-Total®'s unrivaled expertise in turbocharging technology, BAR-TEK Motorsport GmbH has created a turbocharger that is second to none.

The E-Thor 700 takes the already impressive 4-cylinder of the AMG C63 to a new level of performance. With up to 700 hp from a 2.0L engine, this E-Turbo shows what is really possible in turbocharging technology. Thanks to the innovative e-motor, which supports the turbocharger at low engine speeds, turbo lag is a thing of the past - even with a larger compressor wheel and exhaust turbine. The result is breathtaking performance without compromise.

The upgrade uses only high-quality components that are precisely CNC-machined to match each other. The CNC-machined billet compressor wheel fits perfectly into the optimized compressor housing, while the specially developed turbine wheel enables maximum performance. With plug & play installation and a three-year warranty, the E-Thor 700 is not just a performance upgrade, but a statement of quality and reliability.

Company profile

BAR-TEK is not only celebrating its 25th anniversary, but also its position as Europe's market leader in the field of VAG engine tuning.

The family-run company has now established itself as a manufacturer-supported development company with complete in-house production and its own machining center.

BAR-TEK and Turbo-Total products are tested on the company's own test bench. CAD developments with simulation software, as well as highly qualified personnel with many years of experience in the motorsport and tuning sector, round off the portfolio perfectly.

New products such as e-turbochargers, in-house designs and the manufacture of stainless steel upgrade manifolds through to turbochargers developed entirely in-house are also offered.

Since its foundation, BAR-TEK has pursued the goal of supplying the best components for a stable engine. Turbo-Total GmbH was also acquired in 2022.

BAR-TEK has been using turbochargers from Turbo-Total for a long time to optimize tuning projects.

“The turbocharger is the pinnacle of professional racing engine construction, and with our 25 years of experience, including in Formula 1, we are absolute experts in this field,” explains Bartek on the acquisition of Turbo-Total. ”We remain in close contact with engineers from Formula 1, who support us in the development of engines and turbos.”
